Why are interracial relationships between hispanic and whites more accepted?

I am just wondering why interracial relationships between white people and hispanic people is more accepted than some other interracial relationships. I mean aren't we all equal? I don't understand why people see a problem with it to begin with, but why differentiate with the between interracial relationships. I had at first though it was something to do with color, but some hispanic people have really tan skin and people still don't have as big a problem with it as they do when say a white and black person date...Why?

Hispanic = white / Asian mixed race.
