Water tanks: Rochester Hills will reconsider after residents object to plan

Rochester Hills officials are re-examining a proposal to build two 3-million-gallon water storage tanks in the city, in response to residents' outcries against the project. More than 60 people filled City Council chambers Monday night, applauding as residents voiced their displeasure with the proposal.
